The Church School Board regularly meets the second or third Sunday of each month,
July excepted, at the church, after the morning service.
The spiritual nurture and education of our children is the core work of the
Church School Board. This involves Sunday School and related activities,
nursery, teacher recruitment and training, library development and maintenance
and contact and educational support to parents of infants. This board also
provides for a worship program for our children and for special celebrations and
events. The Director of Christian Education (CE) works under the direction of
this board. The pastor also works closely with this board.
This board is made up of 10 members. Members are elected to a 2 year term and
may serve 2 consecutive terms. The chairperson of the Church School Board is a
member of the Executive Council.
