Scripture of the Month: “And they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. And awe came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were being done through the apostles. And all who believed were together and had all things in common. And they were selling their possessions and belongings and distributing the proceeds to all, as any had need. And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to their number day by day those who were being saved.” Acts 2:42-47

Rev. Jonathan Colegrove, Pastor	Pastor Jon has served churches in Connecticut and New Hampshire for nearly 30 years. For 25 years he was also Managing Director of Musicon Ministries, Inc. Jon is currently serving as CCCC Area Representative for Connecticut and Rhode Island, and has an enduring commitment to discipling individuals and to mentoring pastors. Jon is a graduate of Yale Divinity School (M.Div.), The Ohio State University (M.M.), and The University of Connecticut (B.S.). Jon is married to Jama Colegrove, who is a Licenced Marriage and Family Therapist (practices in Wethersfield and Vernon). They live in Wethersfield, CT and have two grown children and one grandson. Ask Jon what his life verse is and he’ll tell you, “if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.” (Romans 10:9-10 ESV)
